Mary carried
an unexpected pregnancy,
not an unwanted one.

Joseph protected his family,
not merely
the burden of one.

Family is choosing
commitment over convenience,
faithfulness over fear.

Even in the messiness of life,
together
is better.

God,
be the center and the head
of our chaotic,
wounded,
imperfect,
messy families.
