Our conversations are getting tougher. Clericalism. Patriarchy. Authority. Power. How did a Church founded on Your example of humble service become a place where some feel unheard or excluded? You knelt to wash Your disciples’ feet. You taught that whoever wishes to be first must become the servant of all. Yet how easily authority loses sight of service and becomes entitlement. Teach me to distinguish between the weaknesses of those who lead Your Church and the holiness of the Church herself.
